Meet the Team 

Our team has a wealth of knowledge in recruitment and finance, we pride ourselves on providing a superb level of customer service and are happy to go the extra mile to deliver. To find out more about us, see below: 
 
David Parry - Director 
David has been with the company for over 20 years where he has overseen the growth of the accounts and taxation department. David is also involved in key client accounts within recruitment. 
 
Lisa Kendrew - Manager 
Lisa has been with the company since 2006. She is involved in HR within the recruitment side of the business and in-house for the company, along with coordinating the company's business processes. 
 
Anne Singleton - Company Secretary 
Anne has been with the company for over 20 years. Her role involves being David's PA and also working in accounts, raising weekly invoices. 
 
Mark Selby - Consultant 
Mark has a wealth of recruitment and account management experience. He currently manages the recruitment department liaising with both clients and candidates. 
 
Jayne Turner - Payroll Assistant 
Jayne works part time conducting the weekly payroll for the temporary workers. 
 
Fraser Norris - Accounts 
Fraser provides an accounts and payroll service including tax advice for clients. 
 
Kieran Leaman - Accounts Apprentice 
Kieran has taken on multiple payroll and accounts tasks since joining the team. He is on his way to becoming AAT qualified.

1963: Fylde Office Service Bureau Ltd established 
1966: Business incorporated offices opened in Wood Street, St. Annes 
1989: Anne Singleton, Company Secretary began working at FOSB, and is still in position! 
1990: Introduced typing classes & office skills training to LAWTEC candidates 
1991: David Parry joined FOSB 
1992: David Parry became a Director 
1998: FOSB began using email 
2006: Lisa Kendrew joined the team 
2007: David Parry became sole Managing Director 
2007: Fraser Norris joined the team 
2008: Mark Selby joined the team 
2008: FOSB rebranded 
2009: FOSB created bespoke holiday pay 
2010: FOSB adapts processes to accommodate Agency Worker Regulations. 
2012: Jayne Turner joined the team 
2013: FOSB began using email enabled timesheet & payslips 
2014: FOSB reaches record number of staff supplied 
2014: FOSB introduces The People‚Äôs Pension Scheme to all staff 
2015: FOSB awarded as supplier to the Non-Medical, Non-Clinical Framework Agreement by the Crown Commercial Service 
2015: Website relaunched in July 2015 
2016: FOSB improved office procedures, including move to a paperless database 
2016: Kieran passes AAT Level 2 in Accounting 
2017: Non-Medical, Non-Clinical Framework Agreement by the Crown Commercial Service is extended and FOSB remain trusted suppliers.
