We have worked through multiple recessions, and through our dedicated staff, have delivered exceptional customer service to many local businesses. 

Meet the Team 

Our team has a wealth of knowledge in recruitment and finance, we pride ourselves on providing a superb level of customer service and are happy to go the extra mile to deliver. To find out more about us, see below: 
 
David Parry - Director 
David started his working life at HM Revenue and Customs back in the days when it was the Inland Revenue. After working at a small firm of chartered accountants in Southport followed by a period of employment with Touche Ross (now Deloittes) where he rose to personal tax and trust manager David was recruited by the then owner of Fylde Office Service Bureau Ltd with a view to growing the practice here. After almost 30 years at the company, he has overseen the growth of the accountancy and taxation side of the business. 
When not sitting at his desk David is either walking his dog Henley, indulging in his passion for acting, following football, reading or listening to music 
 
Lisa Kendrew - Manager 
Lisa has been with the company since 2006. Lisa's role involves all aspects of HR both within the recruitment side of the business and also in-house for the company. Lisa co-ordinates business processes and is also involved in undertaking client payrolls on a weekly and monthly basis. In her spare time Lisa enjoys activities with her family, including new family member, Hugo, who is a Cavapoochon puppy.  
 
Danielle Tyrrell - Consultant 
Danielle has worked in the recruitment industry for over 10 years starting out as a branch administrator to now being responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment for FOSB which involves business development and liaising with candidates and clients on a daily basis. Originally from Dublin, Danielle fell in love with the Fylde Coast. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her two young daughters and socialising with her Fylde Coast family. 
 
Bronte Taylor - Recruitment Administrator 
Bronte assists with all the recruitment administration including pre-employment checks and collecting all necessary paperwork. Bronte is also involved in payroll, invoicing, letter writing and general administration. In her spare time, Bronte enjoys art, both creating and researching. She is also learning digital illustration using a tablet.  
 
Jayne Turner - Payroll Assistant 
Jayne works within the payroll department processing multiple payrolls and undertaking various account tasks. She has worked at FOSB on a part time basis since 2012. In her spare time Jayne is kept busy with her family and grandchildren. She also enjoys holidays abroad and country walks with her best friends, her mother and Bill the dog.  
 
Fraser Norris - Accounts 
Fraser is a Chartered Tax Advisor, he has worked at FOSB for 13 years. In his spare time Fraser enjoys playing golf, walking up hills, round lakes and through woods.  
 
Kieran Leaman - Accounts  
Kieran is fully AAT qualified, he has worked at FOSB for five years. In his spare time Kieran enjoys playing golf, watching Preston North End and almost anything else outdoors.  
 
Agnieszka Norris - Accounts 
Agnieszka is AAT Level 3 qualified, she has worked at FOSB for two years. In her spare time Agnieszka enjoys photography, rollerblading and hunting for mushrooms which is a traditional Polish pastime.  
 
Josh Taylor - Accounts Apprentice 
Josh has been at FOSB for two years learning through an apprenticeship program. He is currently studying Level 4 AAT Accountancy and hopes to be qualified soon. Josh feels that FOSB have given him a great opportunity to develop as everyone is supportive and committed, giving a sense that it is a team not just a company. Outside of work Josh play lots of sports including football, cricket and golf and often goes to see live music.

1989: Anne Singleton, Company Secretary began working at FOSB 
1990: Introduced typing classes & office skills training to LAWTEC candidates 
1991: David Parry joined FOSB 
1992: David Parry became a Director 
1998: FOSB began using email 
2006: Lisa Kendrew joined the team 
2007: David Parry became sole Managing Director 
2007: Fraser Norris joined the team 
2008: Mark Selby joined the team 
2008: FOSB rebranded 
2009: FOSB created bespoke holiday pay 
2010: FOSB adapts processes to accommodate Agency Worker Regulations. 
2012: Jayne Turner joined the team 
2013: FOSB began using email enabled timesheet & payslips 
2014: FOSB reaches record number of staff supplied 
2014: FOSB introduces The People‚Äôs Pension Scheme to all staff 
2015: FOSB awarded as supplier to the Non-Medical, Non-Clinical Framework Agreement by the Crown Commercial Service 
2015: Website relaunched in July 2015 
2016: FOSB improved office procedures, including move to a paperless database 
2016: Kieran passes AAT Level 2 in Accounting 
2017: Non-Medical, Non-Clinical Framework Agreement by the Crown Commercial Service is extended and FOSB remain trusted suppliers. 
2017: Bronte and Danielle joined the team 
2018: Charlotte joined the team 
2019 Josh joined the team
